ICS CLOUD FAX has been designed for all those realities that continue to use the fax service, such as the Public Administration, allowing to reduce management costs (equipment, consumables) and improving the efficiency of the service, contributing significantly to digitization of documents.

It has always been believed that the FAX service would have been completely replaced by e-mails, but some legal requirements and some particular operating conditions have continued to keep the fax alive as a communication tool.

However, this does not mean that the fax service, as globally known, cannot be improved to allow greater efficiency (possibility of having the fax service everywhere, availability of personal fax service and/or group fax service, acceptance of multiple attachments and different format, elimination of queues to the fax machine, cost reduction compared to the traditional fax machine, greater privacy, greater flexibility of the service, etc.), also contributing significantly to the need for digitization, storage and sharing of documents.

The solution stands out for a series of unique features designed specifically for business use:

• Availability of an address book with personal contacts and shared contacts, of which each personal contact can be shared with groups and/or individuals of your choice.

• Use of new numbers that can be assigned to you for the service, your numbers transferred to Number Portability, or even active numbers directly on your switchboard provided that you have an Innovaphone PBX and/or Unified Communications solution.

• Pre-sale assistance, available for the activation phase of the service, and post-sale assistance available throughout the life of the service.

• Virtually unlimited number of channels active at the same time (sending and receiving) which depends solely on the type of service subscribed and on any limitations of your provider, in the case of using numbers from your Innovaphone switchboard.

The available features are:

Multi-format attachments – The fax content can be free text, an attachment, or a mix of free text and attachments.
The type of files accepted are the most common and can be combined at will without any limitation.
Any notification of sending, contains the overall document (free text plus attachments, in PDF format) as a single document and this allows, among other things, suitable storage of the document, as a single document even when composed of several documents of different formats.

Sending to multiple recipients – Using it via the web portal account, it will be possible to send to multiple recipients, either by entering phone numbers manually or by using a list of numbers entered via file.

ONLINE FAX – Allows faxes to be sent and received from any browser using your ICS-CLOUDFAX account, if an email address is configured, the fax sent and received is also sent to the configured email address.
It also includes a personal address book that allows you to store your contacts, allowing you to search them easily through a sophisticated search system that allows you to find the desired number even with partial information.
In the case of corporate use it will be possible to enter and manage personal contacts and public contacts that can be shared with colleagues and collaborators.

MAIL TO FAX and FAX TO MAIL – Allows faxes to be sent and received using a mail client.
The sending and receiving operations are reported both when successful and in the event of errors, to allow for any re-forwarding.

Simultaneous access of several users to the same numbering – In this case, the address book and information on sending and receiving will also be shared.
